Acupuncture

David Hankey, Lic. Ac., C. Ac. Nanjing, China, is a member of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Council of Ireland (TCMCI) , the representative body of acupuncturists in Ireland. After graduating from the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland with a licentiate in acupuncture, he studied in China gaining further qualifications in acupuncture and Tuina. He also received private instruction in Qi Gong from a leading Master. Prior to studying acupuncture he spent fifteen years studying various oriental health systems including Shiatsu/massage, Aikido, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga and Macrobiotics.

In addition to acupuncture, David offers traditional Chinese herbal remedies, massage, Qi Gong exercises, and dietary advice. He also holds Tai Chi classes in the town.
